New Moon Movie Set Vancouver Location – David Thompson Secondary School
Students at David Thompson Secondary School in Vancouver witnessed film cameras around their school on Monday as New Moon movie crew has been setting up for filming school scenes for upcoming sequel to the Twilight saga. David Thompson Secondary School which is located on East 55th Ave in Vancouver has been chosen as setting for Fork school sequences that will be used in the New Moon movie.
As the filming was in progress, students from the school were restlessly turning towards the filming location hoping to catch a glimpse of their favorite stars. While it has not been confirmed which stars appeared on the set at the David Thompson Secondary, we know that all the main protagonists from the movie, including Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are currently in Vancouver.
Despite efforts of New Moon producers to keep the locations secret, it is impossible to keep such information a secret for too long. Vancouver is a big city so it is understandable that cat would be out of the bag sooner, rather than later. The location of Pacific Rim National Park Reserve did not remain a secret for too long. According to students from David Thompson Secondary, the crew told them they are setting up for an unknown sports movie… Yeah right

HEY ! OMG I JUST came back from checking out the set . I went to the New Moon set , and I saw Kristen Stewart chilling with a bunch of extras . I would’ve seen Taylor too , but there was a crowd around me that was taller than me . : ( But I know it was him cuz girls were screaming ” AHH ! TAYLOR ! ” : ) I’ll visit the set again and tell you more I guess . Robert Pattinson wasn’t there . Uhm , did you want to know this ? I think it is great that a movie is being filmed at our school! It’s a great way to earn extra money for the school and gain publicity as well. However, hopefully they will not take up the cafeteria much longer because i miss the food that the cafeteria jizzs in.

No need for harshness , buddies ! I told you I didn’t SEE him , but I heard people screaming for him so I assumed they saw him or something . I saw Kristen for sure , but I saw none of the guys or any other members of the cast . And my DT friend said Robert wasn’t there . ( MEH she probably just wants him all to herself . Kristen was not there today but she was yesterday. I don’t believe Taylor was there as he doesn’t attend that school. Also, Robert likely wouldn’t have been there as he is only there in “scenes where Bella is doing dangerous things and hears Edwards voice”
