British actor Robert Pattinson who plays the role of vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight series attended the film festival in Cannes. His main purpose in Cannes is to promote two of his upcoming movies – “Remember Me” and of course “The Twilight Saga: New Moon”. Needless to say, Robert Pattinson is the hit in Cannes and gets lots of attention from the paparazzi. Robert attended several interviews during his stay in Cannes and said that he’s still getting used to the fact that he gets recognized everywhere. he said that he was at the airport in Frankfurt and people no longer say: “Are you …?” they come straight up to him and say: “Can I have a photo?”
Robert Pattinson is going to watch Quentin Tarantino’s movie “Inglourious Basterds” while in Cannes and then he’ll return to Italy where he has four more days of shooting for New Moon to do.
