22 year old Ashley Greene spoke about DonateMyDress.org, success of movie Twilight and upcoming production of sequel New Moon. Being the spokesperson for Donate My Dress, Ashley Greene appealed to people who have prom dresses they are no longer using, to donate them to those less fortunate, who may not have enough money to afford a dress. Donate My Dress co-operates with about 50 organizations that help distribute donated dresses to girls who need it the most.
When she was asked by the host about Twilight books and how it appeals to much wider age range than just teenage girls, Ashle Greene confirmed that Twilight saga truly hits every age range and lets you go where you want to go with it. Ashley also talked about the production of New Moon, saying that filming has already started and she will be joining the cast on April 5th. She was very happy that Dakota Fanning was cast for the role in New Moon. Ashley Greene said Dakota was very grown up and had a lot under her belt, so her presence on the set of New Moon was exciting.
Ashley also said she’d like to film a movie in New York. The host kind of poked her to it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with filming in Vancouver – it’s the best place for New Moon. Summit Entertainment would not have chosen it if it wasn’t. Being a Canadian, I can’t be any happier than Twilight sequel is filmed right here in the Great White North. Go Canada.
